Who we are

Established in 1995, we are proud to be an independent family business. We only let properties
we own, offering a personal service between landlord and tenant.

We are Members of the Leeds Property Association and the Residential Landlords Association.

All properties are in prime location in Hyde Park and within walking distance to the Universities.

We build a close & mutually respecting relationship with our tenants, where we retain many of our tenants for their duration at university.
